A networking company has an open position for a Remote Registration Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collecting outstanding payments prior to start of workshop
- Processing registrations, cancellations, substitutions
- Proactively communicating with leads about requested events
Position Requirements Include:
- Participate in learning operations team meetings, organizational meetings and other special staff initiatives
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using database administration tools
- Prior customer service experience is required
