Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Regulatory Affairs Director.

Must be able to:

• Develop and drive the company's public policy agenda
• Manage relationships with state and local regulatory authorities
• Provide analytical review of state and local regulations and legislation

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or the equivalent in relevant training or experience
• Minimum of five to ten years of experience in a state/local government affairs or similar environment
• Understanding of state regulatory processes
• Understanding of government relations including effective advocacy strategies
• Outstanding ability to clearly communicate, in writing and verbally
• Ability to adapt and roll your sleeves up in ambiguous and novel situations
