Job Summary

A hospitality and rental company is seeking a Remote Regulatory Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Researching and presenting findings on short-term rental, hotel, and other land use regulations
• Maintaining licensing and portfolio databases with up-to-date regulatory information for existing properties
• Providing general support to the Legal & Regulatory team

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in land use, real estate law, local government, or another related field
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Comfort navigating and interpreting municipal codes and ordinances
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and exhibit flexibility when it comes to roles and responsibilities
• Technologically fluent and can quickly get up to speed with new software and systems
