Job Summary
A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Reimbursement Patient Case Manager in Portland.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing customer focused reimbursement support to patients, pharmacists, etc
- Educating and assisting patients and providers to navigate the reimbursement process
- Identifying barriers to reimbursement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to protect patient privacy in a home work environment
- Comfortable at home work setup
- Excellent knowledge of the managed care industry, including government payers
- Proficient in all aspects of reimbursement
- Understanding of reimbursement/funding resources
- Able to follow written Standard Operating Procedures
