Job Summary

A healthcare records management service is in need of a Remote Release of Information Phone Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Addressing and resolveing customer issues through phone and written correspondence
• Performing self-quality checks on all work to assure accuracy of the release,
• Handling all requests and inquiries for patient health information

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good computer and typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to perform team-oriented job tasks
• A conscientious awareness of detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
