Job Summary
A software development company that specializes in creating digital experiences is filling a position for a Remote Release Train Engineer in Carlsbad.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading high-complexity, high-visibility programs with multiple concurrent feature teams leveraging the Agile SAFe methodology
- Working in an environment of transparent feedback that supports quality at the project and corporate levels
- Acting as a liaison between business owners, IT development, product management and outside vendors
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 2 full SDLC project experiences as a RTE servant leader and coach for an Agile Release Train (ART)
- At least 7-10 years of previous professional Project Management experience with certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on process knowledge and experience leading Agile (ScrumXP with Kanban, SAFe) software projects
- Proven ability to lead at a Program level, with multiple feature teams, of at least 50 person headcount
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement
- Great organization, collaboration, and coordination skills
