Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Reliability and Performance Lead Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading technological changes to keep our platform modern, performant & reliable
  • Mentoring junior software engineers
  • Assisting with customer performance issue investigations and remediation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience building and delivering software applications
  • Have experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab and/or Jenkins
  • Have some familiarity with AWS or similar Cloud providers
  • BS in Computer Science and/or equivalent years of experience writing code
  • Passionate about identifying and building new tools and technologies to solve complex performance problems
