Job Summary
A health and dental insurance provider is seeking a Remote Renal Care Case Manager Registered Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conducting an evaluation of member's needs and benefit plan eligibility
- Applying clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors
- Reviewing prior claims to address potential impact on current case management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Compact RN licensure
- 3+ years clinical practice experience
- 3+ years of Renal experience
- Strong Computer and typing skills
