Job Summary
A technology platform company is filling a position for a Remote Renewal Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop strategies for upcoming renewals
- Positively impact our Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by closing deals with up to 10% uplift
- Maintain and update an accurate quarterly forecast of renewals and at-risk accounts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven experience in Sales, Operations, or Account Management with a focus on renewals
- Familiarity with Enterprise procurement processes and requirements
- Experience establishing new processes and documentation for onboarding future hires
- Ability to forecast current customer renewals as well as future quarters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
