Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Renewals Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing, detailed analysis of customer subscription renewal data for monthly renewals
- Own all standard reports related to renewal business management, including the creation of ad hoc reporting as needed
- Build and maintain dashboards to support management business decisions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficient in Salesforce data extraction and manipulation
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related professional experience
- Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points
- Ability to interpret data and provide strategic analysis to all levels, including management
