Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Renewals Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Own and lead the customer renewal process
• Accurately forecast and maintain rolling 180 day portfolio
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to maximize renewal outcome

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of enterprise IT and big data technologies
• Extensive customer-facing experience working in Sales or Customer Success
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Strong process and customer management skills, financial acuity, and adherence to policies
• Resourceful, self-motivated and able to be successful in a fast-paced environment
• Startup / scale-up experience at a similar stage' organization
