Job Summary

An online housing marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Renting Customer Success Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide thoughtful, personalized communication to our renters, hosts, and employers
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner
  • Proactively outreach to customers to make them as successful as possible

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to work from 8am-5pm PST
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support by phone, chat, or email, and know how to do it well
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
  • Naturally empathetic person who is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the web and how it works
  • Strong communication skills
