Job Summary

A telecommunication systems and software company is seeking a Remote Research and Development Innovation and Technology Solutions Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure the successful definition of the architecture, design, implementation, and timely delivery of quality software
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies and solutions to push the capabilities forward
  • Drive timely and balanced decisions regarding the use of commercial software, partner software, open-source software, etc

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Computer Science
  • Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of engineering leadership
  • Strong technical knowledge and/or (hands-on) experience in networks
  • Coding proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, R, C, C++, Java, etc
  • Track record of multi-functional teamwork to achieve business objectives
  • Experience using Lean-Agile methodologies, principles, and practices to develop and deliver products
