Job Summary

A cloud-based design platform company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Research Knowledge Systems Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building processes and best practices around how the company uses customer feedback in product development
• Working across Product, Sales, Customer Support and Designer Advocate teams to harmonize the different types of customer feedback
• Creating and sharing regular reports to the company on top customer issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Have experience and confidence engaging with customers, especially people in senior leadership roles
• Have experience managing large scale company initiatives/programs
• Care deeply about the customer and their experience, and your work is in service of them first and foremost
• Have strong communication skills
• Are comfortable analyzing, synthesizing, and reporting on qualitative and quantitive data
• Are a strong mediator, able to shepherd teams through disagreement
