A property management company is in need of a Remote Reservation Specialist in Fairfax Corner
Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining guest file database
• Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and book reservations
• Maintaining agent and team standards

Required Skills:

• Must provide own high-speed Internet service
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues
• Must be able to use the Internet via a cable plugged directly into PC
