Job Summary
A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Resident Engineering Manager in Dexter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading all VA/VE projects for Compact Product Lines
- Ensuring projects are executed to cost / performance specifications within schedule
- Championing productivity initiatives as pertaining to sourcing, design for manufacturability and complexity reduction
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering
- OR 5 years of direct experience with Paladin Construction Group as a Sr. Drafter/Designer
- High level of design proficiency with solid modeling software, preferably SolidWorks
- Proficiency with the generation of drawings with proper use of GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
