Job Summary

A national direct mortgage lender has an open position for a Remote Retail Branch Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Strategically manage a team of personal mortgage advisors
• Actively build a team of mortgage advisors recruiting and networking locally
• Ensure accountability and maintain departmental standards and objectives

Qualifications Include:

• Must currently average a minimum of 3 loan closes per month to be considered
• 2 years’ experience in the  Loan Origination field.
• Ability to work as a team player by supporting Company and staff when needed
• Highly organized while maintaining a strong attention to detail
