Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Retail Customer Service Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information
- Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- Must have a computer USB headset with microphone and required internet speeds
