Job Summary
A contact center is in need of a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati.
Must be able to:
- Troubleshoot web-site/discount issues
- Maintain and uphold the company's policies and procedures
- Be responsible for all customer inquiries, questions, and issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and Internet skills
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
