An online retailer is in need of a Remote Retail Customer Solutions Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple types of customer (internal and external) contacts
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize workload

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute minimum
  • 1-year customer care experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Adaptability to changes in job requirements
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
