Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Retail Operations Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the on-boarding of new customers
- Advising on best practices and continued improvements
- Educating customers on new features, enhancements, bug fixes, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend twice annual company off-sites in fun locations
- Experience in Retail, either in Stores or in Headquarters
- Strong track record for managing relationships and supporting their onboarding efforts
- Keen ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communication
