Job Summary
A retailer that offers a variety of consumer products through television programming is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Order Services Specialist in Mechanicsville.
Must be able to:
- Lead customers through sales purchases
- Educate customers on various product
- Suggest additional products customers might enjoy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
- Ability to learn, retain and employ multiple order entry systems and support various brands
- Strong PC skills
- Strong organizational, detail orientation and follow through skills
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty
