Job Summary

A television-based retailer is seeking a Remote Retail Order Services Specialist in Wilson.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing customer service
• Leading customers through their sales purchases
• Educating customers on various products and suggest additional products

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Windows, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty
• Computer that meets the At-Home System Requirements
