Job Summary
A specialty home products provider is filling a position for a Remote Retail Products Customer Service Agent in Huntsville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing product information,
- Reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, etc
- Addressing customer questions and concerns
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Training starts April 16
- Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required
- 1–2 years previous customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Acquire a minimum internet upload speed of 6 mbps and 10 mbps of download speed
