Job Summary

A specialty home products provider is filling a position for a Remote Retail Products Customer Service Agent in Huntsville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing product information,
  • Reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, etc
  • Addressing customer questions and concerns

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Training starts April 16
  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 3 weeks - 100% attendance is required
  • 1–2 years previous customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Acquire a minimum internet upload speed of 6 mbps and 10 mbps of download speed
