Job Summary
A software company that specializes in solutions for retailers is filling a position for a Remote Retail Software Solutions Professional Services Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers
- Provide consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with compay’s solutions
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the customer and internal teams to establish credibility and ensure on-time project delivery
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level software implementation, technical account management, consulting or systems integration roles
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong time management and prioritization skills
- Have the ability to successfully deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- You consider yourself to have executive-level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
