Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Retail Vertical NetSuite Professional Services Practice Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop and drive strategic and operational plans
- Provide vertical leadership and direction to the implementation and integration teams
- Manage revenue attainment (through billable hours) and maximizing professional service profitability
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 50 % of the time
- Strong background in mid-market and enterprise-level Solution Delivery and Project Management
- Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm, leading systems integrator, or the professional services practice
- Proven customer engagement skills and track record of delivering, deploying large enterprise SaaS or cloud-based technologies
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in a technical or business discipline
- Demonstrated success as a customer facing executive
