Job Summary

A security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retention Effectiveness Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and develop overall compliance and quality assurance program for Customer Retention
  • Shape and execute strategies to improve our employee retention and speed to competency
  • Apply demonstrated skill in influence, conflict resolution, and negotiation for mutual success

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a social science, education, business administration or closely related field preferred
  • Professional training certification desired with graduate degree in related discipline (MBA) preferre
  • Minimum of 10 years of call center experience required
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct reports including remote employees
  • 5-7+ years of experience with performing and teaching behavioral performance analysis
