Job Summary

An internet marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retention Growth Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitor movements in core buyer retention metrics
  • Become the in-house expert on retention metrics
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement in the existing CRM strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights (i.e. advanced Excel)
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with data extraction using SQL
  • Experience with designing and executing A/B tests
  • Knowledge of general buyer lifecycle KPIs and optimization strategies
  • Experience in CRM and digital marketing, product management, strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations
