Job Summary
An internet marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retention Growth Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor movements in core buyer retention metrics
- Become the in-house expert on retention metrics
- Use data to identify areas for improvement in the existing CRM strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
- Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights (i.e. advanced Excel)
- Minimum of 4 years experience with data extraction using SQL
- Experience with designing and executing A/B tests
- Knowledge of general buyer lifecycle KPIs and optimization strategies
- Experience in CRM and digital marketing, product management, strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or business operations
