Job Summary
A human resources and financial services company working with clients to design custom HR solutions is seeking a Remote Retiree Solutions Workforce Management Intraday Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and recommending strategies or levers to be pulled
- Managing to contractual agreements to ensure customer experience is positive and expense costs are within plan
- Leading the team that is responsible Real-time oversight (omni channel – inbound, outbound, email, and chat)
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experiencing supporting Contact Center operations
- Project management experience
- Experience with WFM software (NICE IEX)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
