Job Summary

A company providing human resources consulting and recruiting services has an open position for a Remote Retirement Plan Administration Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all client communication concerning the plan
  • Ensuring deadlines are met on Form 5500 filings and accompanying schedules
  • Monitoring billings and preparing additional billings as necessary

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years’ Defined Contribution administration or consulting experience
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or comparable professional work experience
  • Have full understanding and command of compliance required for DC Plans
  • Have technology and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • ASPPA or NIPA designation strongly preferred or have willingness to obtain
