Job Summary
A big data analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote RCM Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with the rest of the analytics team to ensure adoption and successful renewal
- Collaborating on solutions while also driving customer accountability
- Monitoring customer health and building associated monitoring plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
- 3+ years of experience leading revenue cycle managers
- 3+ providing quantitative arguments to healthcare c-suite and VP-level partners
