Job Summary

A software developer that makes website creation software needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Revenue Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare technical memos for revenue, accounts receivable, bad debt, reserves, etc
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, practices, procedures and process improvements to ensure US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls for revenue and collections related areas
• Monitor US GAAP and SEC developments to ensure the company’s revenue and collection policies and procedures are in compliance

Qualifications Include:

• Active CPA license and possess strong understanding of US GAAP and ASC 606
• 3+ years of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) revenue accounting
• 4+ years Big 4 Accounting experience
• Experience managing a month-end close process and team
• Ability to understand the Revenue and Order to Cash business processes to drive process improvement through system integrations and other automations
• Ability to review closed/won deals and contracts and document material impacts to such transactions
