Job Summary

A behavioral and mental health company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, implementing and optimizing tools, processes, and data
  • Functioning as a subject matter expert
  • Providing front line support for the credentialing and onboarding teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales, revenue operations, customer service management or related experience
  • Experience with administration and support of Salesforce
  • Experience managing and iterating the use case for sales or customer facing technologies
  • Experience with sales and marketing processes
  • Experience troubleshooting operational issues, planning process changes, and fixing root causes
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets
