A behavioral and mental health company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, implementing and optimizing tools, processes, and data
- Functioning as a subject matter expert
- Providing front line support for the credentialing and onboarding teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales, revenue operations, customer service management or related experience
- Experience with administration and support of Salesforce
- Experience managing and iterating the use case for sales or customer facing technologies
- Experience with sales and marketing processes
- Experience troubleshooting operational issues, planning process changes, and fixing root causes
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets
