Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Revenue Operations Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a world-class Revenue Operations organization by recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent in sales operations, deal desk, marketing operations, strategic sales planning, business development revenue operations, and post sales (renewal, expansion and retention) operations
- Manage a team providing clarity of purpose, tools required to meet their responsibilities, and an environment conducive to diversity of thought, innovation, and personal/career growth
- Formulate the overall strategy, objectives, and initiatives for Revenue Operations that drive and support GTM functions and strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior success in analytics, cloud, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales methodologies, processes, and project management
- 10+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, or other relevant functions
- 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record in recruiting, developing, and leading diverse teams
