Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Risk Adjustment Coder.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Remaining current on diagnosis coding guidelines
• Assigning appropriate ICD-10-CM codes
• Checking chart assignments every day

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Active certified coder certification through AHIMA or AAPC required
• 2 - 3 years of experience
• At least two years of experience as a certified coder is required
• At least one year of risk adjustment experience is required
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM outpatient diagnosis coding guidelines
