Job Summary

A full-service staffing and recruitment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Risk Adjustment Medical Coder.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing code abstraction of medical records
• Identifying diagnosis and chart level impairments and documentation improvement opportunities
• Assisting coding leadership by making recommendations for process improvements

Position Requirements Include:

• 2 recent years of HCC / Risk Adjustment and/or inpatient coding are highly preferred
• Certified for at least 3 years through the AAPC or AHIMA
• Have high speed internet at their house and a distraction-free home office
