Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Risk Contracting Managing Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead development and execution of payer partnership strategy
- Source and qualify opportunities to enter multi-year delegates risk arrangements
- Evaluate the financial, operational and clinical opportunity for prospective payer partnerships
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years managed care contracting experience with progressive provider and/or health plan organizations
- Experience negotiating complex risk arrangements including downside risk and delegated functions
- Ability to accurately assess contract financials and operational implications, and determine impact on P&L
- Understanding of physician compensation methodologies
- Direct experience in building VBP physician programs
