Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively identifying potential threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious behavior patterns
- Supporting the timely and accurate investigation of escalated accounts for fraud risk
- Providing analytic/data driven solutions that mitigate risk of financial losses while also maintaining a positive user experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2-5 years of data analytics or business operations experience
- Comfort with ambiguous/unstructured environments and a thirst for problem solving
- Experience with online payments and/or fraud management
- Experience in investigating suspicious activity alerts/reports
