Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote RN Case Manager in Louisville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Treating patients from discharge on, acute/post-acute care
• Identifying needs of patients and get them from physicians
• Communicating with different physician personalities

Qualifications Include:

• May have to train on site in Louisville
• Must be RN and have compact licenses for 32 states, would like to see NY/NJ
• Seeking about 10+ years of experience; must have some case management experience
• Must have worked in Hospital setting on Nursing floor within last 5 years
• Ability to think independently/great decision making skills
• Must have a very positive perspective
