Job Summary

One of the most diversified healthcare companies needs applicants for an opening for a Remote RN Case Manager in Raleigh.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing patient education to assist with self-management
• Documenting and tracking findings
• Visiting members in the hospital to engage in post hospital program

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel to visit members within UNC Rex Hospital
• 5 years' experience as an RN in a clinical setting
• Must have a designated work space and access to install secure high speed Internet via cable / DSL in home
• Current, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
• Basic level of experience with Microsoft Word, with the ability to navigate a Windows environment
