Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote RN Managed Care Coordinator II CM.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing active case management, assessing service needs, developing action plans
• Participating in direct intervention/patient education with members
• Providing appropriate communications (written, telephone) regarding requested services

Position Requirements Include:

• Associate Degree in Nursing OR Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
• An active, unrestricted RN license from US and in state of hire OR active compact multistate unrestricted RN license
• Four years' utilization review/case management/clinical/or combination; two of the four years must be clinical
• Four years of recent clinical in a defined specialty area
• Working knowledge of Microsoft word processing software
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions
