Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote RN Telephonic Case Manager in South Florida.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a member's physical, environmental and psycho-social health issues
• Identifying and resolving barriers that hinder effective care
• Ensuring patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by continuously monitoring patient care

Required Skills:

• Must reside in Palm Beach or Broward counties
• Active RN license in FL without restrictions
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care, skilled or rehabilitation clinical setting
• Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office
• All other requirements necessary for this position
