Job Summary

A membership service has a current position open for a Remote Roadside Assistance Customer Service Call Taker.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Properly answering and recording and responding to members' requests
  • Delivering extraordinary customer service to Members
  • Identifying situations that require special handling and coordinate with the Trusted Friend Help Desk and the Dispatch unit

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to pick up equipment in our Operations Center
  • High School Diploma
  • Two (2) years customer service experience
  • Strong working knowledge of a personal computer, internet and competent keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work overtime and/or holidays as necessitated by business and/or weather conditions
