Job Summary

A marketing company specializing in business process outsourcing is in need of a Remote Roadside Assistance Representative in Saginaw.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Helping callers and serving as a calm and reassuring voice over the phone.
• Troubleshooting and investigating to get enough information to resolve a caller's concern
• Anwering calls and callers complaint at first resolution

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in retail or food service
• Ability to type 30 words per minute
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Ability to remain composed with frustrated customers who may be in stressful situations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
