A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Roadside Customer Service Representative in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Taking inbound calls from drivers who need help
• Working with a team of service providers to connect the customer with immediate support
• Logging your interactions with customers in our tracking system

Position Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Stable work history, attendance and punctuality are a must
• Have great people skills
• Computer navigation and experience emailing through Microsoft Outlook
