Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Robotic Process Automation Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing critical client issues working closely with Engineering, our clients, and our partners
- Defining and documenting a detailed process for a 24x7 escalation practice
- Ensuring CRM system is kept updated with the latest activities and action plans
Position Requirements Include:

- Ability to drive a problem through to resolution keeping all stakeholders updated
- Ability to advocate the customer’s business impact
- 4+ years in a client-facing technical support role
