Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS/BA degree in technical/information science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with RPA, OCR, NL, ML, BPM, Integration and or reporting technologies
- 5+ years of management experience with small to midsize teams
- solid knowledge of triaging and escalation of critical issues
- Experience managing technology roadmaps
- Experience with or direct oversight of RPA systems and integration software
