Job Summary
A software and IT company is seeking a Remote Ruby on Rails Technical Lead Senior Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Implement real-time, high-performance web applications for desktop and mobile
- Integrate with third-party platforms and services to pull in auxiliary content, services, and data
- Identify gaps or deficiencies in the existing product or processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Relevant engineering experience of at least 6-8 years
- 6-8 years of backend and/or full-stack experience building highly scalable and distributed systems
- 3 years of managing experience
- Strong fundamentals through education in computer science or related fields
- Solid experience developing with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Thorough understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, object-oriented programming
