Job Summary
A video-based patient engagement company is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Customer Success Director in Bethesda.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Anticipating potential challenges/risks and proactively manages client issues on a day-to-day basis
- Developing and driving strategic plans to meet performance expectations and identifies expansion opportunities
- Monitoring every step of the deployment process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years' Project Management experience with SaaS companies
- Experience with Project Management software (Microsoft Project or similar)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related area of study
- Experience working on simultaneous implementation projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
