A developer of artificial intelligence has an open position for a Remote SaaS Customer Success Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Directly managing the performance of a team of 4 project managers
  • Managing the daily operational delivery of key services to customers
  • De-escalating or directly managing frustrated customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client/customer success or operations role
  • You’ve managed projects with multiple stakeholders
  • People management experience
  • Adept at independent data analysis and visualization
  • Proficient with Excel/Sheets & Slides
  • Comfortable independently deescalating frustrated customers
